Quality system controls

• Our experts ensure the quality of all materials by conducting tests based on the raw material test certificate. We follow procedures to check the chemical and physical qualities of each size and grade at a laboratory approved by the government (NABL approved).
• The Process Control System (PCS) outlines the checks and controls to be followed during heat treatment and testing, in stages, including forming, pressing, forging, and heat treatment.
• We conduct Positive Material Identification (PMI) on all our products before delivering them to clients.
